Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HushHiring is operated by SelectWise Consulting Limited, registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). "You" means the individual or firm using the service.

2. The service

HushHiring aggregates hiring-trigger signals from public and licensed UK business sources — funding rounds, leadership appointments, contract wins, expansions — scores them, and delivers them to a live desk and a daily email digest. The signals are predictions of likely hiring intent, not guarantees. We do not promise any placement, role, contact, or outcome.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time link to your work address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for activity under your account. One subscription is for your firm's own recruiting use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract the service or its output beyond your own recruiting activity, not to misuse it to harass or unlawfully process personal data, and to comply with applicable law (including UK GDPR) in how you act on the signals.

5. Billing

HushHiring is offered on two plans — Solo (£390/month) and Desk (£790/month), also available as annual billing — billed via Stripe, after an optional 7-day trial. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

We own the HushHiring platform, scoring, and presentation. The underlying signals come from public and licensed sources. You keep ownership of your own outreach and work product.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Signals are derived from third-party public and licensed data and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying anything before you act on it. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of any commercial result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service. On termination your right to use the service ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
